Cancellation Policy

– 60-45 Days Before Departure: Booking amount is non-refundable.
– 44-30 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
– Within 30 Days of Departure: 100% of the tour cost (No Refund).

Payment Policy

– Booking Amount: ₹50,000 per person.
– 50% of the balance cost: 60 days before departure.
– 100% Full payment: 45 days before departure.

Child Policy

– Infants (Under 2 Years): Only Visa & Insurance charges apply.
– Child (2-12 Years) With Bed: 90% of adult cost.
– Child (2-12 Years) Without Bed: 75% of adult cost.

Important Notes

– Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.
– Overseas travel insurance is mandatory and included in some packages.
– Tour cost is calculated based on current ROE (1 Euro = ₹107). Any significant increase will be shared with the traveler.
